Amoraim Series: Rabbi Zeira

Born and raised in Bavel to a family of Kohanim, this third generation Amora, Rabbi Zeira, is known for his honesty and accuracy, later moved to Eretz Yisrael, finally settling in Teveriah. Many episodes in the Talmud testify to his exceptional piety.
