Bonds of Slavery: Comics

In the stormy era marking the last years of the Second Beis Hamikdash, the Yidden in Eretz Yisroel suffered terribly under the rule of the Romans. In this dramatic story, we meet our hero Itamar, son of the rich and respected Elyakim, who was one of the most prominent members of the community in Yerushalayim.

Is it possible that the person whom he trusted completely, more than anyone else, was actually digging a pit under his feet and weaving evil plans to cause his downfall?

Who is the despicable traitor? How did he carry out his evil plans?

Who is that unusual slave who seems so different from all the others? How has he cultivated such refinement and aristocracy?

Follow the suspenseful plot with bated breath. These events take place at a particularly stormy time in our history. Strong messages are woven throughout the pages, teaching us to follow the rulings of our leaders because their Torah view goes much deeper and further than the human mind can possibly fathom.
