Shaarei Orah - Rabbi Yosef Gikatilla

A major Kabbalistic classic, composed by Rabbi Yosef Gikatilla (1248-1310), was described by Arizal as ``a key to understanding the mystical studies.`` The author who lived in Spain, was a student of Rabbi Avraham Abulafia. Rabbi Gikatilla was known as a holy man and was often called Baal Nissim [master of miracles].
