This edition of Sifri includes commentary by Rabbi Moshe Avraham Troyes Ashkenazi (1700`s), with hagahot by the Vilna Gaon and Rabbi Akiva Eiger.

One of the Midrashei Halacha, Sifri is the oldest commentary on Bamidbar and Dvarim. written by Rav (circa 220 c.e.) or Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai, and often quoted in the Talmud.
