The printing of Rabbi Mansour's shiurim was initiated by the Ma'yan Eliyahu Kollel network in Eretz Yisrael, established to fulfill Rabbi Mansour's vision of intensifying merits and increasing protection for those living in the Holy Land.

The Kollel's unique curriculum encourages the avreichim to delve in Torah study, with the Kollel's study hours ranging between ten
and 12 hours a day. The Kollel network also benefits from the personal guidance of the mekubal Rabbi Yaakov Addes.
